Meet Kylee

Hey, I’m Kylee.
Founder, laser nerd, and a person just like you has previously walked to businesses i and felt like I didn’t quite belong.

That awkward feeling where you become a little too aware of yourself. You watch how you speak, adjust how you act and put on the version of yourself you think fits the room. You’re there to have something done for you, yet you can’t properly relax.

When I created Pure Aesthetics Clinic, I knew I wanted my clients to feel comfortable being themselves from the moment they walked in. You’re already coming to me for a reason. Feeling like you have to impress me shouldn’t be part of the appointment.

My focus is advanced skin treatments, laser tattoo removal and plant-based teeth whitening. I’ve worked in the industry since 2008, and I take the responsibility of looking after you seriously.

That means listening properly, explaining my recommendations and being honest about what’s realistic. It also means you can tell me you don’t understand something, that a treatment is outside your budget or that you’re nervous. Those are conversations we can have comfortably.

And yes, it means no spa music and no whispering required.

Talk, laugh, vent about your week. I may need to know what happened next. Or settle into comfortable silence and let someone look after you for a change. Being welcome here doesn’t depend on being chatty.

I want you to feel at home here.

Comfortable enough to ask the question. To say what you actually mean. To let your shoulders drop and stop wondering whether you’re doing this whole clinic thing correctly.

You can ask why I’ve recommended something. You can tell me you’re nervous. And you can absolutely say, “Kylee, I have no idea what that means.”

I’d much rather explain something one hundred times than have you agree to something you don’t understand.
