Why combine Laser Genesis with skin needling?
The combination targets skin texture, fine lines and suitable acne scars through two different methods of collagen stimulation.
Laser Genesis delivers controlled warmth into the skin, helping improve texture and the appearance of fine lines and certain types of redness.
Skin needling creates tiny, controlled punctures that trigger your skin’s repair response. This can gradually soften uneven texture and some indented acne scars.
I recommend the combination when both treatments have a clear role in your plan. The settings and intensity are selected for your skin, with enough recovery time between appointments.
Improvement develops over weeks and months. The aim is a gradual change in skin quality, with progress reviewed throughout your treatment plan.

What can I expect during my treatment?
Your 90-minute appointment combines Laser Genesis and skin needling, with the treatment settings selected for your skin and the concerns we’re targeting.
Before we begin, I’ll check your skin and confirm any changes to your health, medications or skincare since your consultation. We’ll discuss comfort options and make sure you know what to expect.
During Laser Genesis, you’ll feel warmth building in the treatment area. Skin needling can feel scratchy or prickly, with some areas more sensitive than others. I’ll check in throughout, and you can ask me to pause at any point.
Afterwards, your skin may look red and feel warm, tight or tender. We’ll go through your aftercare before you leave, including what to use, what to avoid and when to contact me.
You’ll leave knowing how to look after your skin while it recovers, with clear instructions to refer to at home.
